This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on booking services provided by Gregamania Fitness. This policy is applicable to customers in United Kingdom. By booking our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Booking Cancellations
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their booking subject to the following conditions:
•    Cancellations made more than 14 days before the appointment: Full refund
•    Cancellations made more than 12 hours: Credit to reschedule
•    Cancellations made within 12 hours: No credit or refund.
1.2 Cancellation by Gregamania Fitness
If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your service at no additional cost.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Requesting a Refund

Please provide your booking details and the reason for the cancellation in your request.
2.2 Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable. These services will be clearly indicated as non-refundable at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for these services unless canceled by Gregamania Fitness.
4. Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule their booking subject to availability through credit.
5. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
